Come oooon~ It’d be nice to have a buddy who wants to lose weight over the internet. :> (‘Sides, my schoolmates follow me here. And if they read our conversation, they’ll laugh at me for sure. ; ~ ;) I know one, but I don’t know if it really works. Haven’t tried it yet. :)

I really suck at explaining so I guess you should google it. ;) I think. I used to do that but since I always trip, I stopped.  Some say that it’s the most effective way to lose weight. Uhm, can you please reveal yourself? Haha. :)

Anonymous: what exercise you do?

A lot, actually. But the things I do frequently do are 40 mins cardio, 800 jumping jacks and 400 leg ups. I always exercise with energetic music. That’s what keeps me going. A healthy diet is also required. Diet consists of 70% healthy food and 30% exercise. But sometimes I cheat. Eating sweets and junk food. Maybe once every two weeks. Lol. Can’t help it.

Reached 114lbs or 52kg.
